PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED AGAINST MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. PRODUCTS RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY MAY BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MANUFACTURER. Please email us at sales@granzainc.com for authorization before returning any items. If you fail to receive prior authorization, your replacement or refund will be delayed. To ensure that Granza, Inc. receives your package, we recommend that you send the product to us using a carrier that offers both a package tracking service and insurance. Granza, Inc. is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
